Hey, I’m Billy, an illustrator based in Edinburgh. My work finds its home in the worlds of both commercial and published illustration. I also regularly lend a hand as a character designer and visual development artist.
People I’ve worked with include Nobrow (Flying Eye Books), Nexus Studios, Tonko house, AQUILA magazine, The Woodland Trust, Spinmaster Entertainment and Studio Output London.
Debut picture book ‘HUPO and the Wonder Thief’ nominated for a 2026 Carnegie Medal for Illustration.
Winner of the SAA Award at the AOI World Illustration Awards 2023.
Shortlisted for the 2022 V&A illustration awards.
